Your Road To Recovery

The road to recovery is often expected to be a linear journey, yet this is rarely the case. There are almost
always little obstacles and regressions that occur on the way.

We like to refer to the “ups” and “downs” of your recovery as hills and valleys. At times, you may feel that
you have just conquered a large hill and are top of the world, and then suddenly something knocks you
down making you feel low like you’re right back in another valley.

Although the road may be long and challenging, each step you take is one step closer to the light at the
end of the tunnel!
