COVID Policies

  • All individuals entering into the DMR building are required to have 3-ply or thicker masks – We will provide a free 3-ply mask if you do not have one, there are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Please notify us if you are experiencing  any COVID associated symptoms prior to your appointment or if you have had exposure to anyone who has been confirmed COVID positive, we may offer a telehealth option or offer an appropriate time to re-schedule.
  • Beyond stringent cleaning office policies, we have installed a full office air filtration system and installed additional HEPA filters in every treatment room to maximize the safety of everyone in our office.
